How to monitor the operational status of our services using the Status Page

What Is the Status Page?

The Status Page provides real-time updates on the health of our platform and its integrations. It is designed to give merchants clear, timely information about:

  • Ongoing or past service disruptions

  • Scheduled maintenance activities

  • Performance issues or outages in external APIs used by us

Understanding the Status Page

Current Status

The top of the page shows the overall status of our services. If there are any active incidents, they will be prominently displayed here.

Incident Status Definitions

Each incident on the status page will have one of the following statuses:

  • Investigating – We are currently investigating a potential issue.

  • Identified – We have identified the issue and are working on a fix.

  • Monitoring – A fix has been implemented and we are observing results.

  • Resolved – The issue has been successfully fixed.

Component Impact Levels

For each affected component, one of five severity levels is shown:

  • Operational – Service is functioning normally.

  • Under maintenance – Service is undergoing planned work.

  • Degraded performance – Service is available but slower or slightly impaired.

  • Partial outage – Service is unavailable for some users.

  • Major outage – Service is completely unavailable.


Incident Notifications

Each incident entry includes the following details:

  • Incident title

  • Description

  • Current status

  • Impacted components

  • Severity of impact

  • Start and resolution times

Tip: Click Show notice history at the bottom of the page to review past incidents.


Subscribe to Status Updates

You can receive automatic notifications about incidents and maintenance updates through:

  • Email

  • Slack

  • Teams

  • Discord

  • Google Chat

  • Webhook

  • API

To subscribe:

  1. Click Get updates at the top of the Status Page.

  2. Choose your preferred subscription method.

  3. Select whether to receive updates for all components or only specific ones.


Managing Your Email Subscription

  • To unsubscribe, click Unsubscribe at the bottom of any status update email.

  • If you want to switch from receiving all updates to only specific components:

    1. First, click Unsubscribe in your latest email.

    2. Then, return to the Status Page, click Get updates, choose Email, and select Only specific components when prompted.
