Why You’re Seeing This Message
The Merchant portal allows you to restrict access by whitelisting specific IP addresses. If your current IP address is not on the allowed list, access will be denied.
By default, all IP addresses are allowed to log in until restrictions are enabled manually.
How to Whitelist Your IP Address
To restrict portal access to specific IP addresses, follow these steps:
Log into the Merchant portal.
Click General settings from the menu on the left.
Click Edit next to Allowed IP addresses.
Click the Enabled button.
This action will automatically whitelist your current IP address.
Once enabled, all other IP addresses will be blocked.
To manage access further, you can add or delete IP addresses from the list.
Note: Make sure you only enable IP restrictions if you're certain your current IP address should have access.
What to Do If You’re Locked Out
If you’ve accidentally blocked your own IP address or need to access the portal from a new location, your company’s primary contact person can request changes by emailing makselahendused@lhv.ee.
Tip: Consider documenting all allowed IP addresses and maintaining backup access procedures to avoid unexpected lockouts.
