Update Company Details
Log in to the Merchant Portal.
In the left-hand menu, click Company details.
Click Edit.
Make your changes.
Click Save.
Tip: Double-check the information before saving.
Change the Contact Email Shown on the Payment Page
Log in to the Merchant Portal.
In the left-hand menu, click E-shop settings.
Click on your E-shop.
Find the field Payment page e-mail and update it with the correct address.
Click Save.
Note: This is the email address your customers will see on the payment page, so make sure it's monitored regularly.
