What is LinkPay?
LinkPay allows you to create a payment link in the merchant portal with custom fields and pre-filled details. You can then send this link to your customers, enabling them to complete a secure payment using their preferred payment method. LinkPay supports both one-time payments and subscription sign-ups.
You can create payment links manually or generate them through your system.
How to Use LinkPay
Activate LinkPay
To test LinkPay, we can enable it in the Demo environment.
To activate it in the Production environment, please contact your bank.
Create a Payment Link in the Merchant Portal
Define the payment link details and select the data fields you want to collect from customers.
You can choose which information to prefill and which to leave for customers to complete.

Share the Link with Your Customers
Send the payment link via email, SMS, website, invoice, live chat, or offline through a QR code (e.g., posters, billboards, magazines).
Get Paid
When a customer clicks the link, they are redirected to our secure hosted checkout page.
Customers fill in the required information, choose a payment method, and complete their payment.

Track all transactions directly in the merchant portal.
You can also issue refunds conveniently through the portal if needed.
