Trouble Logging In to the Merchant Portal

This article helps you troubleshoot common issues when you can’t access the Merchant Portal

Check the Environment URL

Make sure you're using the correct version of the Merchant Portal:

  • Test environment: merchant.sandbox.lhv.ee
    Use this for integration and test payment processing.

  • Production environment: merchant.lhv.ee
    You’ll receive access to this environment after successfully completing the test integration and processing a test payment.


Reset Your Password

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. Go to the Merchant Portal sign-in page.

  2. Click the Forgot your password? link.

  3. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email address to reset your password.


Reactivate an Expired User Account

If a user hasn’t signed in for 90 days, the account will automatically expire for security reasons. A Merchant Portal administrator can reactivate it:

  1. Go to the Merchant Portal sign-in page.

  2. Click Merchant Users.

  3. Find and select the expired user.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. Uncheck the Expired box.

  6. Click Save.

Note: If the administrator’s account has also expired, please contact our support team at makselahendused@lhv.ee.


Locked Account After Failed Login Attempts

If you enter the wrong password 5 times, your account will be locked. You have two options:

  • Wait 30 minutes for it to unlock automatically.

  • Contact our support team at makselahendused@lhv.ee to unlock it immediately.


Make sure to always use the correct environment and credentials to avoid login interruptions.
