How to open the detailed view
Go to the Payments section in the merchant portal.
Click on the payment you want to examine.
This opens the detailed view, where you can find comprehensive data related to the selected payment.
What you can see in the detailed view
The detailed view includes several sections of data:
Payment information – amount, status, timestamps, and more.
Payment method details – card type, cardholder name, etc.
Fraud insights – fraud score and risk indicators.
Refund and void history – a list of any related refund or void transactions.
Other relevant data – depending on the transaction type.
You can also blacklist or report suspicious transactions directly under the fraud insights section.
Deeper analysis via transaction reference
If you need to investigate why a payment failed or review technical details:
Scroll to the Transactions section.
Click on the transaction reference link.
This opens a technical view where you can review:
Fraud score
Processing warnings
Merchant request and response data
These details help you understand failure reasons or spot potential issues in processing.
