Set or Change the Capture Delay Time

How to manage the capture delay setting in the merchant portal

How to update the capture delay

  1. Go to the merchant portal sign-in page and log in to your account.

  2. From the left-hand menu, click Processing account.

  3. Select the processing account you want to update.

  4. In the Card configurations section, locate Capture delay.

  5. Choose the appropriate delay time:

    • For Pre-Auth processing accounts, you can set a capture delay from 0 to 7 days.

    • For Final-Auth processing accounts, the delay can be 0 to 3 days.

By default, the capture delay is set to 0 days.
