How to update the capture delay
Go to the merchant portal sign-in page and log in to your account.
From the left-hand menu, click Processing account.
Select the processing account you want to update.
In the Card configurations section, locate Capture delay.
Choose the appropriate delay time:
For Pre-Auth processing accounts, you can set a capture delay from 0 to 7 days.
For Final-Auth processing accounts, the delay can be 0 to 3 days.
By default, the capture delay is set to 0 days.
